Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. During this time, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details.

Shipping Times

• UK Orders:
  Please allow 9 to 12 working days for delivery.
   

• EU & International Orders:
  For countries within the EU and worldwide (outside the EU), please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery.
   

Note: Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially around holiday periods, as processing times may be affected.

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second confirmation email containing your tracking number. This can be used to monitor your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Responsibility

Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched, Naysahnyhair is no longer responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping is managed by third-party couriers, and any delays that occur after dispatch are beyond our control.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of any planned events or engagements.

Naysahnyhair will not be liable for late deliveries and will not issue reimbursements for any shipping fees in the case of delays.
